Facility Rentals and Parties
We strongly encourage our members to take advantage of our beautiful new facility by renting it out for parties, meetings and other gatherings.
In the interest of member safety and enjoyment, the Huntley Hills Swim and Tennis Club has a strictly enforced policy regarding parties. All parties must be submitted to and approved by a designated Club representative, with no less than one week prior notification. Upon receipt of payment and a signed rental agreement, a party shall be reserved on our calendar. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis. No two parties shall occur at the same time. Unscheduled parties are prohibited. Please refer to our guest policy for non-member guest party requirements.
Non-Summer Season, Member Rates
Daytime Party Rental (up to 3 hours): $100
Evening Party Rental (5 pm till ?): $200
All Day Party Rental: $350
Includes use of all facilities, with the concession stand excluded.
Non-Party Rental (meeting, class, etc): $60 (up to 3 hours)
Board Approved Community Group/Non-Profit Meeting Rental: $25 (up to 3 hours)
Only includes clubhouse/back deck and clubhouse bathroom (no kitchen); adults only
Non Member rentals require approval by the Board of Directors and rates are determined on a case-by-case basis.
The HHSTC Board of Directors reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.

Summer Season (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
Friday and weekend party time availabilities:
The fee for a Friday or weekend party is $80 for the first hour, and $30 per additional hour. You will receive an additional lifeguard to meet safety guidelines, access to the kitchen, exclusive access to the clubhouse, and the two picnic tables directly in front of the clubhouse. The use of additional pool furniture/seating is prohibited.
Weekday parties (Monday – Thursday) are strongly encouraged. The same rules and guidelines of the party policy apply with three differences: (1) a party is permissible at any time with only the non member guest fee of $2/guest required, to be paid in advance, (2) more than 15 guests is permitted but requires the hiring of an additional guard at $30 per party hour, (3) clubhouse rental is optional ($45) but not required. The two picnic tables in front of the clubhouse may be reserved for your party.
Any party occurring without an approved time slot on our calendar is considered unauthorized. Anyone found to be in violation of this policy shall be subject to a first offense fine of $150. A second offense shall initiate a membership status review meeting with HHSTC Board of Director representatives. At this point in time, if the determination is made to do so, membership may be terminated without refund.
